Using Alliance CARE, Substitute Agencies that focus on Early Childhood Education substitute placement can onboard substitutes, manage licensing portfolios to ensure regulatory compliance, interact with ECE Providers who request substitute placement via the solution, and assign substitutes to meet their staffing needs. Substitutes can receive placement requests via their mobile app, view the placement details, and then Accept or Decline the placement instantly. On the day of the placement, substitutes can track their time via the app and provide feedback back to their agency about the placement at the end of the day.
