Customer Self Service is a way to communicate for the users of Onyx to facilitate the fast tasks that are related to their customers
Main Functions:
1- Exchange official documents with customers to match balances or for the purpose of sending balances such as quotation, customer request, invoice, account statement and more. 2- the possibility of view sales, return sales, quotations reports and its details and more 3- the possibility of contacting among customers using messaging. The customer can update his work data that is editable
Main Features:
1- showing customers address on maps, and know the nearest of them for direct reach 2- contacting with customers with all new using news bar
