Patient Portal App provides you a window into your own health data by making records available on both mobile and desktop devices, and by allowing you to upload and share additional health data with your care team, through an implemented, advanced authorization system. Other eHealth functionalities can be made available directly from Patient Portal, such as virtual visit, appointment scheduling, prior tasks for appointments and direct communication with patient's care team.
