Bluetooth version 4.1 or higher.

* Permissions:
Storage and Camera: Optional (not mandatory).
Needed to load a profile picture (upload from your album or take a new one with your camera).
Location: Mandatory.
In Android, location services are required (defined by Google) to enable Bluetooth Low Energy (from Android 6 and higher).
