Investbank AD offers its clients a mobile application for authorization of transfers and active operations in remote banking systems (Internet banking and Ibank Mobile).
Orders for all types of payments that Investbank AD offers in its remote banking systems are signed through Ibank mToken:
• An application for registration of Ibank Mobile can be signed via the application.
• Request a new Online Deposit.
• Personal messages to the bank.
• Other active operations.
The application offers two modes of operation:
• Online mode - in this mode the application sends a notification for received transaction for signing.
• Offline mode - You can sign orders even when your device is not connected to the internet. If you want to sign an offline transfer, the application generates a code that you must enter in the "One-time password" field in your internet banking.
The application works with a login PIN or biometric data (if your device supports this feature).
Ibank mToken works synchronously with Ibank Mobile and if both applications are installed on the same mobile device, signing payment orders is even easier, faster and more convenient.
If you have a company and a separate personal account with Investbank AD, then with Ibank mToken you can sign orders on both accounts.
Application for use of a mobile token by Investbank AD:
• For individuals - the application for use is signed through the Internet banking system.
• For Legal Entities - an application for the use of a mobile token as an authorization tool is accepted only in the bank's office, according to the current rules.
Installation and pairing:
After downloading and installing Ibank mToken on your device, you need to log in to the Internet banking system and from the "Settings" menu to generate a QR code to pair the application with your account and register the device.
