There are several steps you need to take:
Define the areas (categories) your life consists of. Set yourself a short period of time to improve. Evaluate your score in each sphere at the beginning of a period. Set yourself goals to achieve within a defined period. Goals should be achievable, measurable and clear. Achieve those goals and make your life more balanced.
