Does meditation seem overwhelming or difficult to get through? You’re not alone. The Limitless Guided Visualization App is intentionally designed to help you reach a state of clarity and calm amidst the noise and chaos of your thoughts.
What is a Guided Visualization?
Guided visualizations are a form of mental visualization that involve creating images in your mind with the guidance of a facilitator. To do this, you may close your eyes, focus on your breath, and focus on specific sensations or feelings as you create a mental picture. Guided visualizations can activate a naturally immersive altered state with or without psychedelics.
The Limitless app offers two types of guided visualizations: Mindset Microdoses and Journey Macrodoses. Mindset Microdoses are short visualization techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere, to navigate daily life with ease. Journey Macrodoses are longer, more powerful visualization experiences that can help you tap into your innate healing power and reset automatic stress responses.
