The Niue Language Dictionary, developed by Te Ipukarea – The National Māori Language Institute and The International Centre for Language Revitalisation at AUT, aims to preserve Vagahau Niue, a language listed as endangered by UNESCO.
Te Ipukarea Research Institute is grateful to Wolfgang Sperlich for gifting the Institute his Niue language manuscript which forms the basis of this dictionary.
This is a bilingual dictionary with the meanings of each headword given in English. It can be searched for in both English and Niue languages.
