The Oxford Mindfulness app is designed for adults, helping to develop and maintain a mindfulness practice for personal well-being. Through the app you can; access mindfulness via a large range of practices and join live daily mindfulness sessions, complete self-paced introductory courses and access resources including up-to-date information and research from the field.
The app offers content which has been jointly developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and the University of Oxford, UK and is offered by assessed teachers who have trained to teach research-based mindfulness programmes. Sponsorship for the app has been offered by The Visual Snow Initiative (VSI), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for individuals affected by Visual Snow Syndrome.
