📖 റോ 8:10 ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവ് വിശ്വാസികളിൽ വസിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് 9-ാം വാക്യത്തിൽ പൗലൊസ് പറയുന്നു. ക്രിസ്തു തന്നെ അവരിൽ വസിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് ഇവിടെ താൻ പറയുന്നു യോഹ 17:23; 2 കൊരി 13:5; കൊലൊ 1:27; വെളി 3:20 കൂടി കാണുക. തന്റെ ആത്മാവിനാൽ താൻ അവരിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു. ദൈവവും ക്രിസ്തുവും ആത്മാവും തമ്മിലുള്ള ഐക്യതയാണ് ഈ വാക്യങ്ങൾ കാണിക്കുന്നത് (ക്രിസ്തുവും, പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവും, പിതാവും ഒരേ വ്യക്തിയാണെന്ന് ഇതിനർത്ഥമില്ല. മത്താ 3:16; യോഹ 17:1; 2 യോഹ 3 മുതലായവയിൽ വ്യാഖ്യാനമുണ്ട്).

ഒരു വിശ്വാസിയുടെ “ശരീരം” “മരിച്ച” താണെന്ന കാര്യം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക 6:12; 7:24 മായി താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുക. മറ്റെല്ലാവരിലുമെന്നപോലെ, ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ സ്വന്തജനമായവരിലും മരണമെന്ന പ്രക്രിയ നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ ജീവകാലത്ത് ക്രിസ്തു മടങ്ങിവരുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ നാമെല്ലാവരും മരിക്കും. ഇതു പാപം നിമിത്തമാകുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ജീവന്റെ ആത്മാവ് (വാ. 2). വിശ്വാസികളിൽ ജീവിക്കുന്നു, താൻ മുഖാന്തരം അവരുടെ ആത്മാക്കൾ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
