The Sitemate App enables any field worker to create a free and secure digital ID card which they can use to easily signoff, submit and then review forms electronically.
The Sitemate App's contactless signoff works via the scanning of a workers unique QR code, which can be scanned by any devices default camera to instantly stamp their signature and details onto any form or process - including toolbox talks, tailgate meetings, pre starts and method statements (RAMS / SWMS).
The form submission feature of the app can be used by contractors, subcontractors and external visitors for single submission forms as well as by internal staff and operators for ongoing processes including timesheets, pre starts, and JSAs.
Each worker with the Sitemate App will have an automated log of all of the forms they have submitted, which they can click on to review read only versions for easy traceability and bulletproof record keeping.
Customisable forms can be shared and distributed from Dashpivot to the Sitemate App via QR code posters or weblinks, eliminating paperwork, lost or misplaced information and manual data entry.
The Sitemate App works exclusively with Dashpivot, which is a digital document automation platform industrial companies use to streamline their processes.
