Users can generate four types of tickets: Gate Pass Inwards, Gate Pass Outwards, Non-Retail Hour Activity, and Maintenance. The home screen displays active ticket quantities, allowing easy tracking. When a ticket is created, notifications are triggered for administrators. When administrators update a ticket's status, users are promptly informed of approvals or dismissals, ensuring seamless communication and efficient ticket management.
