Welcome To Street Cars DA10 Taxi and Minicab passenger app. We are a local Taxi-Cab operator based in Dartford and offer a 24-hour minicab and taxi service. Need a transfer then download our free app for a safe and secure way to book all of your transport needs. From door to door service, airport transfers or book a last minute Taxi-Cab within minutes. Our new passenger app will allow you to track your driver and inform which one of our DBS checked and certified drivers is collecting you including details of what vehicle you are being picked up in. No more worrying about who or what is collecting you.

WORKFLOW OF PASSENGER APP
SIGNUP PAGE
The passenger can create his/her account by clicking on the signup button and entering the details like ‘Email Address’, ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, ‘Mobile Number’ and ‘Password’.
After the successful creation of the account, the passenger will get a verification link to the registered email ID, after clicking which the account will get activated and the passenger can start using the app.
LOGIN PAGE
The Passenger can then login to the application by entering valid ‘Username’ and‘ Password’.
The passenger can also reset the password if he/she has forgotten his/her password, by clicking on the ‘Forgot’ button and entering the registered username/email. A password reset link will be sent to the registered email, with the help of which, the password can be reset.
BOOK RIDE PAGE (BOOKING PAGE)
After logging in, the passenger can book a cab by entering ‘PickUp’ and ‘Drop Off’ addresses.
There are two ways in which a passenger can book a cab.
i) The passenger can book a cab for immediate use.
ii) The passenger can book a cab for a future date and day by giving the required date and time of pickup.
PAYMENT PAGE
The passenger can link a credit/debit card to his/her account by clicking on the ‘Add Credit/Debit Card’ button and enter all the necessary details.
The passenger can remove a credit/debit from his/her account by selecting the card and clicking the delete button.
PROFILE PAGE
Passengers can view all his/her saved cards from the ‘Saved Cards’ tab of the ‘Profile’ page.
Passengers can view all of the addresses which he/she has saved from the ‘Saved Addresses’ tab of the ‘Profile’ page.
From the ‘Bookings’ tab, the passenger can view the upcoming bookings on the ‘Upcoming’ page, past bookings on the ‘History’ page.
The passenger can update his/her email from the ‘Update Email’ section of the ‘Profile’ page
The passenger can update his/her mobile number from the ‘Update Mobile’ section of the ‘Profile Page’.
The passenger can update his/her Home and Work address from the profile page.
The passenger can update his/her password from the ‘Change Password’ section of the ‘Profile’ page.
The passenger can view his/her total amount spent on the bookings, by clicking on the ‘Amount Spent’ tab on the ‘Profile’ page.
BOOK BY CALL
The passenger can book a cab by calling the operator, by clicking on the ‘Book By Call’ button.
BOOKINGS
The passenger can view all his bookings from the ‘Bookings’ tab from the dashboard.
If there is any ongoing booking, passengers can see the details of that particular journey by clicking on the ‘Now’ tab of the ‘Bookings’ page.
By clicking on the ‘Upcoming’ tab of the ‘Bookings’ page, he/she can view all the upcoming bookings.
By clicking on the ‘History’ tab of the ‘Bookings’ page, he/she can view all the past bookings.
SUPPORT
The passenger, by clicking on the ‘Support’ tab of the dashboard can know more about the company and company policies.
LOGOUT
The passenger can log out of the application by clicking on the ‘Logout’ button.
