What is CBT?
CBT is Internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is effective and commonly used for a variety of mental health concerns. ‘C’ is for cognitive and refers to what and how we think. ‘B’ is for behavioral or how we act. Cognitive-Behavioral is about the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Those thoughts, emotions, and behaviours connect to our moods, our physical experiences, and events in our lives. Being aware of how negative thoughts about an event or experience might be affecting how we act, or perceive a situation, can change our emotional, behavioural and physical responses to it.

Supported by a trained CBT therapist
Every program includes a dedicated CBT therapist who will review all of the work and activities in the program. The therapist will guide the treatment plan accordingly, which may mean suggesting new activities or revisiting modules. The therapist is also available through via messaging to offer feedback and support.
Interactive exercises and activities
Each module contains activities, videos and assignments to help you learn, develop and practice new skills. Activities are seen by your therapist who will review and provide direction and support.
How it works
All programs will start with a clinically validated screening which assesses for depression, anxiety, substance abuse, mania, sleep, and other mental health conditions.
The therapist will review the screening results to create a personalized program.
Each program contains a series of modules that follow an established CBT framework: assessing your current state, education and lessons, skill building, reinforcement and reassessment. The therapist will guide you throughout by reviewing and providing feedback on all exercises and modules. When you are ready the therapist will make the next module available in your program.
