An epic strength & bodybuilding program tailored for those aiming to look as strong as they feel. FLEX uniquely combines functional strength with traditional bodybuilding for 60 minutes of training to mold a physique that's as capable as it is impressive. If you want the look and the strength to back it up, FLEX provides it all.
EMOM // NEVER ZERO.
When you’re strapped for time but unwilling to compromise on your progress, EMOM ensures your momentum never hits zero. Daily EMOM workouts (every minute on the minute) guarantee that your fitness journey stays strong in 30 minutes or less. Busy day? Not a lot of time? EMOM is there no matter what. Every EMOM workout also includes a Dumbbell Only version. So, even when strapped for equipment…there are no excuses.
