Uptime Center Tech app helps Volvo Technicians to update the progress of VAS calls and Site Repairs.
The Technicians handling Volvo Action Service can update the status of case progress such as Departure of support VAN towards the vehicle location, Arrival of VAN at the location, Start of repairs and Completion of repairs. The app also helps the Technician to navigate towards the vehicle location. The Technicians handling Site Repairs can update the status of case progress such as Repair start time, Support required and Repair completion time.
