Algorithmic hands-free handover of personal assets data from capital founder to family members. Wealth transfer is automatically triggered by vital situations - not earlier or later, but exactly-on-time.

INFORMATION ASYMMETRY: Without the capital founder's knowledge and information, the family will face challenges in taking ownership of assets.
GAPS IN WEALTH DATA: This problem arises when family members are unaware of detailed information related to the assets. This can completely halt the transfer process. Typically, each asset requires up to 22 attributes to complete the task seamlessly.
INSECURE DATA STORAGE: In 97% of cases, capital founders opt for unreliable methods to keep records and store information about family wealth.

MYHUB: The single and secure place to store the capital and asset data fully owned by the Client. No third party, including Owner.One, has access to it. Owner.One only operates as a browser that provides access to MyHub. The client is the only owner of that data.
If a client decides to disconnect from Owner.One and cancel their subscription, their access to MyHub and to all the data stays with them.
ASSETS & ATTRIBUTES: Owner.One covers over 40 types of assets. It includes bank and brokerage accounts, real and commercial estate, legal entities, stocks, jewelry, and more.
Each asset type comes with a specially designed template. Once filled out, it ensures that all necessary data is kept in order, ready to be passed on to family members anytime.
FAMILY & ALGORITHMS: Clients can invite their family members, with no limitations to their quantity.
They then set up algorithms that determine what part of the information their family should receive, and when or under what conditions that data will be transmitted. This way, clients ensure that only those who need the information will receive it, and only when they need it.
SECURITY: Third parties excluded. Owner.One is the only place where both data storage and data transfer take place, without the participation of a 3rd party.
Legal security: Your data is yours alone, stored on your protected server, and inaccessible to third parties.
