If you’re an AIG policyholder or get our insurance through work, Smart Health is free for you, your partner and children up to age 21. So use it as much as you need from wherever you are, whether that's now or in the future.
1. Can I use the Smart Health app?
If you’re currently an AIG Life customer or you get AIG Life insurance through your employer, then you’re good to go.
2. How do I get started? You’ll need to complete a secure, one-time ID check before using the Smart Health service for the first time. It’s a simple, quick, and easy process to follow – all in line with Care Quality Commission guidelines. Make sure you have your passport or driving licence to hand, as well as your policy number or scheme code (you get this from your employer).
3. How often can I use Smart Health?
As many times as you need - there’s no limits on usage.
